    Shipment containing the following items are forbidden:

  • Money in cash.

  • Parcels exceeding 50 kg in weight cannot be documented or shipped, except for special cases authorized by the Sales Manager, Shift Manager or Pack Coordinator.


  • The sender must present a valid official ID with a photograph, as well as proof of address (telephone, water bill, property tax, electricity bills, etc.), and must provide a copy of their ID.

  • To collect the shipment:

  • The addressee must present a valid official ID with a photograph.

  • If the shipment is to be collected by someone other than the addressee designated in the bill of lading, a power of attorney authorized and signed by the sender or addressee must be presented, attaching the ID of the person granting the power of attorney and of the person receiving it.
