Terms and Conditions Payments with OXXO PAY
1.- The generated reference is not a proof of payment, therefore it cannot be valid for
travel in any case.
2.- For the references generated by the system for operations of the "Early Traveler"
program, the client will have 24 hours to make the corresponding payment.
The payment of the reservation of operations trip without Full Rate may be made 24 hours.
before the departure of the bus.
In reservations involving operations of the "Early Traveler" program and Full Rates, the
client will have 24 hours to make the corresponding payment
After the mentioned times, without exception, the reservation will be automatically canceled
by the system and the seat will be released for sale.
3.- The "Anticipated Traveler" Program Rates are personal and non-transferable, to make it
effective the client must present an official identification before boarding the bus, if he
does not meet the requirement he must pay the Full Rate.
4.- The client can make changes to the route, classes of service, date and time. For
Anticipated Traveler Fares, no change of passenger name applies, the customer having to pay
the difference with the current fare at the box office at the time of travel.
5.- The payment of the reservation can be made in any of the OXXO branches presenting in
boxes the printed receipt with the reference number to confirm your ticket. Payments will
only be received during the establishment's service hours.
6.- Only cash payments are received in a single exhibition.
7.- Once the corresponding payment has been made, the system will automatically send the
confirmation of the trip with the boarding pass to the email captured in the previous
registration.
8.- In case of any doubt or clarification with the service or with the reference number of
your reservation, call 800 8000 386 where an executive advises you in a personalized way.
9.- In referenced payments, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS.
10.- In this form of payment a maximum purchase amount of 10,000 pesos is accepted.
